The Site collects news, trailers, screenshots, release information, and guides about Nivalis Nights, a game developed by ION LANDS and published by 505 Games. The Site is a fan project: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ION LANDS, 505 Games, Valve, or any other company mentioned here.

The Site is free to browse for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• disrupt or interfere with the Site, its servers, or other visitors;
• scrape, mirror, or republish the Site wholesale;
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

Nivalis Nights, its logo, key art, screenshots, and trailer footage are the property of ION LANDS and/or 505 Games. They appear on the Site for informational and commentary purposes only, and remain their owners’ property. The Site’s original text and layout are ours.

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties — Steam store pages, YouTube videos, and posts from X, among others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

The Site shows ads served by third-party advertising networks. Ads are clearly distinguishable from the Site’s own content. We do not endorse the products advertised, and your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Game details — dates, features, system requirements — come from public sources and can change before launch without notice. Always check the official Steam page before making decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
